$495 per night

Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or personal checks. A 25% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due/charged the day before occupancy. Deposit is only refundable if cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to occupancy.

If you like, you can receive a complete walk through the day of occupancy. A brochure and a complete manual are available  that will answer any questions you have, either about the houseboat or Sausalito, Marin County and San Francisco. Maps, tide book and tourist information are also provided, including information about  restaurants and local attractions.
